  • Pre and Post-Natal Pilates: keeping future and new mums stay active!
  • Reformer Pilates: improve your core strength, flexibility, and concentration.
  • Yoga Pilates: focus on centering your body and mind, and cultivating deep breathing, maintain flow and good posture throughout.
  • Circuit Pilates: keep your heart rate up and muscles engaged, providing a full-body workout that enhances stamina and endurance.
  • Traditional Mat Pilates: both high-intensity, dynamic cardio moves, and low impact, slower paced workouts.

Our Approach

Maximum Personalisation - One-on-one sessions provide the best opportunity for personal attention and motivation. With constant feedback you can be absolutely sure you are doing the move correctly, fully engaging the intended muscles and getting the maximum benefit from your effort. Our regular classes are limited to 8 people so we can provide the best quality instruction and personalised progressions throughout the session.

Modifications for All Ages and Abilities - All our classes are open to both teenagers and senior citizens, beginners and pros. We cater for the ability and skill level of each participant through modifications and progressions. Too hard? No problem, lessen the resistance. Too easy? He’s an extra challenge. We’ll keep you challenged but never overwhelmed, confident in your moves without getting bored.

Constant Evaluation - Starting with a whole body assessment gives us the benchmarks to continue objectively evaluating your progress as we go. We don’t just want you to feel better, we want to see it in your postural alignment, improved muscle strength and increased range of motion.

In your first session, our Pilates Instructor will:
  • Discuss your health condition and mobility goals
  • Provide adjustments and modifications to suit your abilities

If you choose private coaching, they will also:
  • Perform a whole body assessment
  • Create a personalised treatment plan and take you through your first pilates session
  • Assign you at-home exercises and provide an estimated recovery time

To prepare for your appointment please:
  • Bring a water bottle and a towel
  • Wear sports clothing and grip socks (sold at reception if needed)
  • Arrive before your appointment to check in with reception
Throughout your pilates journey, you will:
  • Benefit from one-on-one focus from the same instructor
  • Be updated regularly on your progress and estimated recovery time if applicable
  • Gain a repertoire of exercises tailored for your recovery, strength and mobility

We ask that you:
  • Consistently attend appointments and do your at-home exercises
  • Contact us if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment
  • Tell us if you have any new pains, symptoms or changes in your body

  • You can arrive up to 10 minutes late to our classes. Beyond that, participants will not be allowed to enter as it disrupts the flow of the class.
