What We Treat

Experiencing persistent lower back pain that makes everyday tasks challenging? Struggling with neck stiffness or shoulder pain? Are you battling stubborn shin splints or knee joint pain when you walk or run? Maybe tennis or golfer’s elbow is hindering your performance?

  • Posture Problems like scoliosis, “tech neck”, hunchback, sway back and flatback
  • Chronic Pain from repetitive strain, tendonitis, carpal tunnel, arthritis, sciatica and fibromyalgia
  • Acute Injuries including work-related or motor vehicle
  • Pre and Post-Natal Issues such as back and pelvic girdle pain, abdominal muscle separation, and pelvic floor dysfunction
  • Elderly Care including patients with Parkinson’s disease and dementia

Treatment Methods

  • Manual Therapy: involves hands-on assessment and treatment of soft tissue and joints.
  • Exercise Prescription: prescribe exercises specific to your injury or condition and desired lifestyle, including stretching, strengthening and core stability exercises.
  • Sports Taping:a simple but effective technique to support and stabilise joints, muscles, and ligaments during physical activity.
  • Electrotherapeutic Treatments:
    • Cold Laser Therapy penetrates deeper tissue to rejuvenate muscles and stimulate the body’s natural repair mechanics.
    • Focused Shockwave Therapy provides targeted treatment for ligaments and tendons, especially effective with chronic issues.
    • Ultrasound Therapy enables stronger, more efficient muscle contractions, particularly useful following surgery or injury.
  • Dry Needling: involves inserting thin needles into trigger points or tight bands of muscle to release tension, reduce pain, and improve blood flow to the affected area.
